Preserving (by refrigeration, freezing, or canning) and cooking alter the vitality of food. The Vitality Food Board and Coasters regenerate and revitalize both raw and cooked food. Their action enhances flavour and aroma, extends storage time and supports food digestibility.
Use
Place solid food (fruit, vegetables, bread, cooked meal, etc.), milk, beer or juice on the Board or a Coaster for at least 5 minutes. Both hot and cold dishes may be placed on a Board or Coaster. The vibrational information transmitted to the food will last easily until the end of the meal. The duration will depend on food quality and exposure time. Fruit can be left on for days to ripen. After years of use, the wood may age, but the efficacy will not be altered. It can be treated with olive oil, beeswax or natural stains.
