Our prices do not include applicable taxes or transport fees. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your purchase, using the original method of payment.

We ship to Canada and United States. Dicom or Canada Post are normally used for delivery. Please contact us for an order coming from outside this area, we will make special arrangements or redirect you to one of our international partners.
Orders are normally processed the same or next business day. Usually, delivery time takes between 2 to 7 business days for Canada and up to 10 days for USA. These are estimated times, you may encounter delays that are out of our control.
Shipping costs for Canada are $12.00 for the first item plus $2.00 per additional item, and it is free for orders of $400.00 or more. For the United States, it is $15.00 + $2.00 per additional item. Please note that customs fees and taxes may be charged for USA shipment and shall be assumed by the client.

A tracking number will always be provided. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the details on how to follow your products.
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately.
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. After this, we cannot offer you a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of a returned item, we fully examine it before notifying you, within a reasonable period of time, whether or not you are entitled to a refund. If so determined, we will refund the purchase price by your original method of payment.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges. In addition, shipping charges for all return of merchandise must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during return shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
If you receive defective or damaged goods, contact us immediately with details of the product and the problem. If warranted, a return authorization voucher will be issued with instructions for shipping.
